Payment via Paypal, Etsy Direct Checkout and Etsy Gift Cards are all accepted methods of payment. Both Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout accept most forms of Credit and Debit card payments.
Returns & exchanges
A lot of time and effort goes into checking my products to a high standard, so I do hope you will be happy with your purchases!
Vintage items are sold as-is and are generally not eligible for returns unless the item is damaged during shipping or there are gross errors in the listing description or photos.
Details about an item's condition and flaws are included in the listing and pictures, so please be sure to read the description thoroughly and view all of the photos using the zoom feature. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted when based upon details of imperfections already listed in the description or photos. If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact me before making your purchase.
If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact me so that I can file an insurance claim.
If you feel I may have missed something important or if your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me within three days of receiving your order to inquire about a replacement or refund.
If a refund is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific instructions about how to return the item. The RA number is required for all returns. Items should be shipped back within 3 days of receiving an RA number. Items shipped after 3 days or without an RA number may be returned at the buyer's expense if requested.
The refund amount will be for the purchase price only, shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is on our end). Shipping costs to return items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery Confirmation is required on returns, and the tracking number must be provided at the time the item is returned. Insurance for the full amount is recommended since refunds cannot be given if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition and in their original packaging. If your item or packaging was damaged during transit, please note this when requesting a refund. Please retain the original packaging, as it may be needed to file an insurance claim.
Upon receipt of the item in its original, unused condition, the purchase price will be refunded by crediting the original method of payment within 3 business days.
Custom orders are not eligible for a refund, unless it is found to be damaged, faulty or very different from the design agreed upon.
In the case of an item being damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the damage and contact me within 3 days of receiving item.
The buyer will be responsible for all postage costs incurred in the return of the item(s) to me.
Please post returns in the original packaging and obtain proof of posting for any items returned.
