• I will design the font for the address to match your note cards. You will receive a PDF proof to approve prior to printing.

• Choose your set size from the dropdown menu above the "Add to Cart" button - be sure the quantity matches the quantity of stationery sets in your cart. (For example, if you are ordering 2 sets of 8 cards, you'll need to add 2 sets of 8 addresses to your cart.)

• Type your return address EXACTLY as you would like it to be printed on the envelopes in the “Message to IDesignThat” field when you check out.

• If you are ordering more than one card design, specify which set you would like each address to coordinate with.

Most of my stationery comes in sets of eight or twelve, and the specifics for each design are listed under the "Details" header, above.

First, choose your quantity & color choices from the dropdown menus, then click the "Add to cart" button. On the next page that comes up, there's a box labeled "add a note to IDesignThat." Just type your personalization right in that box (along with any other clarifying notes you might want to add), and then proceed through the rest of the checkout options.

Yes! I can make pads in just about any size... send me a message and I can work up a quote for your custom sized pad.

I do take custom design requests from January through October. If you have something in mind, just drop me a note and I'll see what I can do! (Unfortunately, I can't take custom design requests in November & December—it's just too busy during the holiday season, and I feel your special requests will not get the attention they deserve.) You can also modify and make additions to most of my designs. Just describe your modification in the "note to seller" box at check out, and I will send over an artwork proof to make sure you love it before I go to press!

Yes! It is standard practice for stationers to include their logo on the back of their notecards as a mark of quality and authenticity.

I only send artwork proofs if requested, or if I feel I need your approval prior to printing due to a custom request. Since most orders do not require proofing, this allows me to get your stationery shipped much faster! If you would like to see a mock-up before printing, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. All proofs are emailed to the email address on file with Etsy, but if you have another you prefer just let me know.

Your items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase and I will update you with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

If you would like a proof before I print, please let me know in the notes section at checkout. All proofs are emailed to the email address on file with Etsy. If you have another you prefer please provide it.

Transit time is normally 3-5 business days via USPS First Class mail, though if you selected Priority or Express shipping, your order will arrive more quickly. International shipping averages about 3-4 weeks depending on customs.

For international shipments, please note that the buyer has the sole responsibility for duties or customs fees that may be incurred. International shipments may be delayed in customs for up to 6 weeks. It doesn't happen often, but it can happen!

As most of my items are personalized I do not make refunds or exchanges. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please send me an email (info@idesignthat.com) and I will do my best to make it right.

I insure every package that I ship, so if your order arrives damaged, please let me know right away.

Additional policies

I take custom design requests between January and October! If you're interested in a custom design, and I'm not knee deep in Christmas orders, send me a message with your details and I will work up an estimate for you! Once you approve your estimate, I will create a private listing. Once you check out, I will send a proof for the custom order.

I do offer discounts on bulk orders. Send me a message with your quantity and I'll send you a quote.
