Please read as we have recently changed our policies!
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is a tracking number available for every domestic orders, and certain international orders depending on the destination.
We provide free insurance on all qualifying orders through U-PIC Insurance Services on behalf of DYMO Endicia. The only orders that will not qualify for insurance are those destined for a country not covered by U-PIC. For domestic orders over $250, we also provide Signature Confirmation through USPS. If no one is available to sign for your package upon delivery, a notice will be left informing you where you may go to pick up your package. If you disregard this notice and the package is returned to sender, you are required to pay the necessary postage for it to be re-shipped to you. Refunds are unavailable in these circumstances.
If you fail to provide a valid, secure address for your shipment resulting in your package being returned to sender, the same policies in the preceding paragraph apply. If you are concerned that the address you have provided is incorrect, please include a note with your order or send us a message clarifying the format and content of your address so we can avoid these sort of issues.
International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Payment must be made a maximum of 3 days after sale or the item will be re-listed and the order will be cancelled.
Returns & exchanges
If an item arrives to the buyer damaged and is shipped to us within two weeks of the purchase date, we will fix it free of charge, if possible. If we are unable to fix the item, we will send you a replacement or, as a last resort, refund the cost of the item.
Undamaged items may be returned up to two weeks after purchase for a refund or exchanged for another item. Note that shipping costs in these instances are your responsibility.
