We generally ship within 3 business days (within 5 business days for international shipments) of receiving your order. If there will be a forseen delay in shipments, a notice will be posted in the shop's announcement, or on any items that will take longer to ship. If there is an unforseen delay, you will be contacted immediately. Shipments will be made through the United States Postal Service on most occasions. Shipping prices will be calculated automatically based on the number of items in your order at checkout. Most items will ship either Priority Mail or Standard Post, depending on the buyer's location and the number of items ordered.
We will provide you with a tracking number for the shipment, and all domestic shipments include delivery confirmation. More expensive packages ($80+ in value) also include insurance. If you would like insurance on a less expensive package, please say so in the order comments.
As an important note, for international shipments, we are unfortunately unable to mark these as gifts due to the potential legal ramifications of doing so; please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs taxes or fees charged for your shipment. If something should become lost in the mail, please contact us immediately.
Payments will only be accepted through Paypal and all major credit cards if you would like to make a purchase through the store.
Regarding cancellations, orders may be cancelled up until they have been shipped. If you realize that you need to cancel your order, please contact me immediately.
Returns & exchanges
Returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis. You have up to two weeks after the item arrives to make a claim by contacting me directly. Returns will only be accepted if approved. Approved returns will receive a full refund less shipping only if the item(s) are in new condition with all tags intact. Returns that have not been approved, include fabric that has been cut or marked, are missing tags, etc will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
