I will gladly ship internationally. If you see something you like - and you are international - please convo me include City, Country and Postal Code - I'll come up with an estimate and we'll go from there.
The Buyer is responsible for any Customs Fees, Charges, taxes etc.
I ship within three days of payment, by USPS, and I usually go to the Post office on Mondays and Thursdays.
If you need to change the ship to address - PLEASE, pretty please with a cherry on top contact me through the Etsy Convo system and NOT through e-mail. I cannot guarantee I will respond to an e-mail and I can guarantee a quick response through the convo system - in most cases within the day.
Most items will get a tracking number. I will send the tracking number along with a confirmation when the item is shipped. For shipping of breakable items - like glass or delicate vintage things - insurance covers both buyer and seller - and I think it's only prudent to get it, so it will be added into the cost of the shipping.
IMPORTANT - I still have to figure out how to determine costs when combining shipping. Seems silly to have to pay the same amount when buying three or four things, but alas - there is no shipping calculator yet devised by man that will tell you what someone will buy and how much will that add to the cost of shipping. (for example if you buy a postcard and a 20 lb typewriter - I can't ship them both for 44 cents) So until then - I will continue to estimate shipping and refund the remainder when you purchase multiple items.
As far as shipping altogether - I try to come close to actual costs of mailing - but may go over (or in some cases under) If the difference over is $3 or more - it will be refunded. If you notice I undercharged you for shipping - smile and pay it forward to someone else :-) Shipping is not just the cost of mailing - but can include the cost of bubble wrap, packing tape, boxes, padding, insurance, tracking, etc.
If you have any shipping related issues or would like additional insurance or need something faster - please convo me - preferably before you buy.
At this time I accept PayPal and Etsy direct payments only.
Returns & exchanges
As far as returns - ideally - I'd love it if all questions that would be deal breakers would be asked before the item ships - saves a big headache later. (condition, size, color, etc) However, if there is an issue with an item and the need arises to return it - please convo me within 3 days of receipt of item.
The shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer (you) and the money paid for the item will be refunded by seller (me)
I want you to be pleased with your purchase - and will do my best to rectify problems should they arise.
In addition - there are no returns on shoes or clothing - please ask all fit related questions before making your purchase. I will be glad to measure to your hearts content and promptly answer any questions you may have. This avoids bitter disappointment later on.
In case of damages - larger items and breakables will always ship insured and well packaged. Should the unthinkable happen - convo me immediately after receipt of the item, preferably with pictures. You will need to file the claim with the post office in case of damage, so please make sure that you hold on to the packaging. The items leave here in the condition they are listed as - and insurance covers both the seller and the buyer, therefore I am not responsible for breakage which may occur during shipping.

Also lastly PLEASE use the Etsy convo system to contact me - I will not reply to e-mails sent to the e-mail tied with my paypal account - mostly because I rarely check it. I have now had several buyers attempt to contact me that way to change the "ship to" information and sadly was not able to accommodate them.
