We ship all orders to the address that we receive on your Etsy Order. If there is a Suite, Floor or Apartment number, be sure to add it to the address field. Please be sure to review your Etsy Receipt after placing an order to confirm the shipping address is accurate. Orders are generally shipped within 3-8 business days with some exceptions, sooner if possible.

For our Shipping, we are now offering a Shipping Calculator based on the destination Zip/Postal Code. It will automatically calculate the Shipping and Handling for each item. It can be found in the Shipping & Policies tab on each listing, be sure to use the drop down option for countries outside the USA.
For orders with multiple items the shipping calculator does not accurately quote shipping and in most times, we refund additional S/H that has been charged. If you need an accurate shipping quotation, please email us with the item (s), quantities and the destination Zip/Postal code.
All International orders may be subject to your local customs fees and duty charges. All orders are insured and sent via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Domestic USA Ground Service.
Etsy is a hobby for us, it isn't a full time job and therefore we cannot ship orders on a daily basis. Generally orders are shipped on a day during the week which coincides with a day off from our other jobs. Thank you for your understanding.
