It is a Usual S twist -
if you hold the cord in the left hand and twist with your right it is
twisted away from you. If you twist toward you, it comes un-plied. The 4
ply is about .82 mm. The 7 ply is a little over 1mm.
The Sand 4Ply is thicker than the rest of the 4 ply. It's is closer to 1mm.
They are packaged on a bobbin floss for flat shipping.

Shipping & policies
I ship via the USPS First Class normally within 3 business days days. I do not work on Saturdays so orders placed after Friday afternoon ship out on Monday afternoon.
I will try to send out an email once your order has shipped. On larger purchases I recommend insurance at an extra 2 dollars per order. USPS First Class shipping has an estimate of 3 to 5 days delivery time for all US orders. I've had packages arrive the next day and packages that take 7 business days.

I can also get you a quote on faster shipping choices - Priority is $8, Express is $22 (both for US shipments only). Please contact me BEFORE purchasing the listing you are interested in so I can adjust the shipping charges accordingly.
After I place your item in the mail I can not be held responsible for it's delivery time or condition, lost or stolen items. If you would like insurance please let me know. I'll be happy to get it for you and add it to the total purchases. It is usually 2 dollars extra and can be added to your invoice!
To minimize fraud and protect you, I can only ship items to the address listed in PayPal. Please make sure the address and email listed in PayPal is accurate and matches the address listed in Etsy!
All foreign orders need an estimate on shipping charges. If you would like Delivery confirmation or insurance for your order there will be an additional charge. Upon request I can get a better estimate from the USPS. The typical wait time for international orders is usually 10-48 days. I can not control what the Custom people decide to hold or predict how long they will hold it for. This includes my regular First Class shipping and upgrades to Priority and Express. I can usually add a tracking code but it is only available until it is handed over to your country. There will be no more tracking after it leaves the US.
Payment is due within 24 hours via PayPal. Please contact me if you are not able to make your payment immediately or if you are sending a money order.
**In accordance with Texas state law, I am required to collect sales tax from any Texas residents. Sales tax rate of 6.25% will be collected at PayPal checkout.**
Returns & exchanges
All items can vary slightly due to their handmade nature. Computer monitors can also vary the colors slightly. Sometimes the dye lots in lace or the flowers will vary slightly from the photographs.
I strive to make every listing as accurate as possible and provide very detailed photographs. Hence, the multiple stock photo's.
In order to get full credit, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged to the item(s) may result in partial refund (up to 50% of its original price). Full refund will be issued minus the shipping charges. Custom orders can not be returned unless defective.
Exchanges must be pre-approved, please contact me for more information. Items must be in new/unworn/unwashed* condition. Items must be shipped at buyer's cost to seller before work can begin on a new item for buyer.

I have many manufacturers as well as a lot of custom handmade designs. Not all flowers are handmade by me. I inspect every flower and add felt backing to at least 90 percent of the flowers. I do not send out damaged or defective flowers. I usually remove the annoying excess packaging so that I can continue to provide lower shipping costs.
