Pattern Features: This popular ribbed stitched sweater pattern comes with easy to read line-by-line instructions given, along with back-button placement added for your convenience and designed for easy dressing.

Designer’s Note:
Worked flat: back and forth in rows

Designed to fit:
18” American Girl Dolls and the Comparable 18” Gotz Dolls like my model.

Materials:
Worsted / 10 ply (9 wpi) 280 - 315 yds

Gauge:
6 stitches and 7 rows = 1 inch in Moss Knit Rib

Needle size:
US 3 - 3.25 mm (cap pattern)
US 5 - 3.75 mm (sweater pattern)

Construction: Sweater worked from the bottom up in one piece to armholes, including button bands, then each section is worked individually. Cap worked flat in one piece, peak worked separately then sewn in place

Really cute. I enjoyed making this little sweater. Funny though, I didn't realize how difficult it would be to tell the "right side" from the "wrong side", so when sewing the pieces together, I really had to work hard at getting it right! Next time I'll mark the wrong side on the first wrong side row on each piece, then I'll get it right! LOL The sweater looks great on my doll. Thank you.

I haven't made it yet but I read the directions and they are very clear. I have made another pattern from this designer and it turned out well.

I am from Sweden and i never think i could understand a knitting pattern in english, but it vas very clear and easy to understand. The sweater is lovely.
