Shipping charges include packaging, handling, and shipping. We can not offer refunds for shipping overages. If you place several orders before they are shipped, we will combine shipping and send you a refund, however if you bought everything in one order, Etsy will automatically combine shipping. If you are planning to place a big order and feel that shipping charge is too much, feel free to contact us so we can set up a reserved listing with a better shipping charge.
We ship orders on a daily basis Monday through Saturday. We are located in the Eastern Standard Time, please keep that in mind when placing orders. If orders come in before 12 p.m. eastern standard time we will make every attempt to ship the same day.

Once we ship, the package is completely out of our control and we are not responsible if it gets lost. USPS Does lose packages. If you would like to purchase insurance against damage or being lost, it is only $1.75 for domestic customers. Once a packaging label has been printed, you will receive an email notifying you that the order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged products by USPS, but we will attempt to make all effort to find your package. It is a buyer's responsibility to contact USPS first if a package is lost.
International shipments are shipped via USPS service. Customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. International packages will NOT have tracking numbers.
We accept paypal as well as direct check-out. Please make sure your address is correct in Etsy since I use the Etsy address that you have on file.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us right away. Refund requests have to be made within TEN days of package delivery.
If we make an error we will resolve the issue. Just contact us asap.
If the item arrives damaged or not as described, we will issue a full refund after the items have been returned to us.
If you are requesting a refund for any other reason, we will only refund the original charges for the items after they have been returned, however we will not be able to refund return shipping charges.
If you would like to exchange your items for any reason, you are responsible for all shipping charges. Products need to be in a new unaltered condition.
