I ship United States Post Office First Class Mail or Priority for most orders, or UPS for larger boxes, usually within 48 hours, sometimes same day if your order is received early in the day. If you would like your item shipped two-day priority, or overnight express, convo me and I will create a custom listing that reflects the overnight charges. If you are shipping to an address different than your own, fill in that address in the space provided upon checkout.
INTERNATIONAL Please investigate your countries import fee, or customs fees, or VAT fees, if applicable. Some countries charge a Value Added tax (VAT) fee and/or a customs fee. Sellers are not responsible for paying these fees, it is not even accepted by customs, the person receiving the item is solely responsible. It is a federal offense for a seller to falsify customs documents, please do not ask me to write in a lesser value. I am not responsible for any international import or customs fees. All international packages will not be considered "lost" for 45 days from date of shipment. The vast majority of the packages I ship internationally arrive within 2-3 weeks, often sooner, but please be aware that the potential does exist for it to take as long as 4-6 weeks, especially if something gets delayed in customs. If you do not see your country listed in my shipping price list, feel free to contact me for a shipping quote. I always do my best to ship quickly and most economically.
ITEMS WITH CUSTOM TAGS/LABELS Please don't forget to leave a note on checkout (or send in a Conversation) your wording for your tags. I make every attempt to have you see your tag draft so you can approve it before I print. I need approval in a timely fashion as I cannot run an efficient shop while customers neglect to approve their tags even after I convo and email requests for you to do so. I may at my discretion send the bottles, corks and charms and then wait for your approval. At that time I will send you an invoice for $3.50 to ship your tags. DAMAGES I take great care in packing, in the unlikely event of damages, all reports of broken items MUST be accompanied by clear pictures of damages, and only within 72 hours of receipt as confirmed by Post Office tracking info. I need pictures to make the insurance claim! Send a pic of the broken item and the packaging it came in. All shipping damage reports must be sent to me within 72 hours of the delivery day and time as recorded by the tracking/ post office. Please unpack and count items upon receipt. I know a lot of my customers use bottles for wedding favors. Please do not wait until 5 days before the event to unpack the boxes. I cannot rush you bottles or corks, I may be out of town at a craft fair for that week, or visiting my out of state grandchildren. Please unpack and count your bottles and corks within 72 hours of receipt as shown by your tracking. Then we have plenty of time to correct situations!! Drawer knob guarantee- replacement or refund as long as I am on Etsy, or write me at the address on your receipt if not (not planning on going anywhere!!). Claim must include a clear picture of the broken knob and I will replace if still available or refund. If you supply an incorrect mailing address, or you move and forgot to change your address, convo me immediately. I can change the address to the proper one BEFORE I ship. Otherwise I cannot be responsible if you supply incorrect address. Custom tags- I send a pic of your tag within 48 hours of receipt of order. If you do not respond, I make multiple attempts to contact you so you can review your tag. If you do not respond, I reserve the right to print the tag as you instruct, and send the order in ten business days. There is no refund on tags if you do not approve it within 10 business days of the day the order was placed.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Glass bottles are not returnable. If they are way smaller than you thought, I do state in the listing and in the listing title, clearly the measurements and capacity of the bottles. It is a good idea to use a ruler and mark off 4.5 inches (or 6.5, etc.) to see the size. This way you will know what to expect. It takes a tremendous amount of time to collect the bottles from inventory, safely wrap and pad the bottles and boxes- and even more time to unwrap, inspect, and return to inventory. Items are guaranteed if broken during shipping. Send a pic of the broken item and the packaging it came in as required by the post office and/or UPS. All shipping damage reports must be sent to me within 72 hours of the delivery day and time as recorded by the tracking/ post office.
