Kensitas flowers silks are embroidered flowers on fabric inserted into a cardboard cover. They were included in cigarette packets in the early part of last century. The flowers are botanically accurate and the card they are enclosed in contains information about the uses of the particular species, cultural notes and history . Although not actually stitched on silk, the fabric is generally a poplin or satin. The silks are slipped into the covering and are easily removed. No glue.
