All domestic items within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Standard or Priority, with delivery confirmation via email when your order ships to the address you list in ETSY at checkout. Delivery confirmation is included in all US orders which allows both of us to track your order from the time I ship it to the time it reaches you. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the postal service shows your item was delivered and you did not receive it, I am not responsible.

Packages are shipped as a group weekly. Typical turn around time for leash and treat holders is listed on the shipping tab for each item (Some colors require extra dry time/ work). READY TO SHIP items ship out within 1-3 days at the most! I try to ship them out as soon as I can get them made, so typically they are shipped asap! I will ship to the address you put in ETSY, so please double check the address you are shipping to is CORRECT.

Items are packaged very well to ensure item safety, and typically arrive between 2-10 days. Upgraded/ Expedited shipping is available upon request- please message me for details. RUSH ORDERS are accepted but please contact me PRIOR to purchasing to ensure I can meet your order needs. This rush order will only move your order to the top of my make list, if you wish for it to ship sooner, you also need to contact me about expedited shipping. Our rush order fee is a minimum of $10.00, depending on order size.

***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please understand that international mail takes TIME. Once the item ships from me I am no longer responsible for it. Only Priority and Express Mail come with tracking and are therefore the only form of shipping that can be traced once it leaves my hands. Please do not order from me if you do not agree to my terms of responsibility. Also, international orders are subject to customs and handling fees that are determined by the country in which you live. BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY AND ALL SUCH FEES.


I accept payment through PayPal, or with your credit card directly through Etsy, as well as Etsy gift cards. If you choose to pay by debit card through PayPal, there will be a hold on your order until the transaction clears- and your items will not ship until the payment has cleared. Thank you!

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Customer satisfaction is my ultimate goal. If I make you happy, that makes me happy! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact me so we can make things right within 5 days of receiving your item! I will work with you to either offer an exchange, store credit, or a refund if absolutely necessary. Refunds are determined on a case by case basis. I want you to love and enjoy your purchase, but unfortunately I don't have the resources WalMart does. Therefore, I try to resolve issues as fairly as possible for us both.

Unfortunately, no shipping charges can be refunded unless the return is due to a mistake on my part. You will be in charge of payment for shipping the item back if necessary.
