Shipping is processed through USPS unless otherwise requested and usually gets shipped out 1-2 days after full payment is received. You will be notified otherwise.
Domestic shipping is Priority Mail, First Class, or Parcel Post. This helps keep costs down for you, as a buyer. USPS Priority Airmail is used for International shipments. If item weight warrants it, we may ship UPS. Customs/duty fees are customers responsibility.
We have a very small handling fee to cover packaging, bubble wrap, tape, shipping labels, etc.
We retain the right to change the shipping method if the need arises due to insufficient funds collected or the size of package, etc. This is not common but may happen when items have been combined into one box.
We accept Paypal! Please note that "e-check" payments have a waiting period to clear. This is typically about 4 businesses days for domestic packages and anywhere from 6-10 days for international payments. We do not ship until the payment has cleared through Paypal.
Returns & exchanges
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our products!
So if the product is not functional or there is a mistake on our part please let us know so we can make things right. In those 2 specific circumstances you have 7 days to return. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges.
If you find another issue you can exchange for something of equal value and you'll have 15 days to do so.
We try our best to fully describe all items but many of our items are vintage and have been in storage for long periods of time and may have flaws that are not apparent to us. So if you're in doubt about a specific item please contact us before you purchase.
