I ship worldwide via U.S.P.S. and sometimes Fedex for large items.
Shipping rates and times may vary slightly and are determined by the weight of your item(s) and destination.
US Buyers: Most U.S. packages are sent via First Class or Priority Mail (including trackable Delivery Confirmation). Books may be sent via Media Mail, and heavy items may be sent via Parcel Post, which can be slow but are often more economical. If you need an item quickly, please let me know in advance!
Shipping costs for items weighing over one pound can vary greatly based on destination. All US shipping prices are based on west coast destinations. It can be costly to send anything over 1 lb. from FL to CA, and my prices reflect that. If you live in the middle or eastern US, contact me for a lower rate. If I discover any significant overcharges after you've already paid, I will send a refund to your PayPal account.
Insurance IS typically included in shipping costs, esp for breakables, rare or high priced items. USPS now insures all priority items under $100 for free.
Some international packages weighing under 4 lbs. are sent via First Class Mail International. All heavy items (over 4 lbs) must be shipped via Global Priority, esp if fragile.
I prefer PayPal. It is easiest and safest for you and I. Credit Card payments however, are also now available and convenient.
If payment is not received within a reasonable length of time, the item will be re-listed.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. An exception will be made if there is an error in the listing. I carefully check all items and try to describe all flaws clearly. However, if I overlook a SERIOUS flaw in the item, you may return the item for a refund. Please keep in mind that all items are used and almost always imperfect, but that's part of their charm. I try to describe in detail and include lots of photos. Etsy policy requires that you always contact the seller first before returning an item. If the buyer and I agree on returning an item that is NOT flawed, the buyer will assume the shipping costs both to and from.
