All listed items are currently in stock and will usually be shipped to your VERIFIED paypal address within 1-2 working days. Please ensure that your VERIFIED paypal address is correct before placing your order. I will contact you when the item has been dispatched.
All items will be sent using First Class delivery (UK) or standard airmail (rest of world). These services do NOT provide full tracking. Parcels can be shipped via express or guaranteed services on request, at additional cost.
Any customs or tax charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping costs will automatically be combined if you buy two items or more.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Hopefully, you will love your new products. Cherry Pie Lane products are individually made with care and packed to ensure that they reach you in the condition that they left me. Should your item(s) become damaged in transit, please contact me upon receipt and within 3 days. A replacement item will be sent out once the faulty product has been returned.
Exchanges/refunds may only be made at my discretion and with a product of equal value. Shipping will be at the buyers expense.
