I typically ship every day, but I'll send you an email to let you know when your item will be mailed for sure.
Most items to the U.S. and Canada ship first class mail through the United States Post Office. This is the most economical means of shipping, and keeps your shipping costs down. Let me know if you want an upgrade, but first class mail usually arrives within a week. Priority mail or overnight mail are available for an extra charge.
International rates are also set for first class shipping. I am happy to ship priority mail upon request. Just let me know what country and item, and I will send you a postage estimate. International customers are responsible for any import or duty fees.
Payment is accepted via Paypal or Credit Card at the time of purchase.
Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Personalized orders cannot be returned but if I have made an error in spelling, etc. I will either refund your money or make you a new item. If you receive any other item and it doesn't meet your expectations, I will accept your return as long as you contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. You will pay return shipping, and I will only refund your purchase price, not the original shipping cost. If there is something wrong with the item, I will cover shipping charges.
I am not responsible for mail that is lost from the post office, but I will do everything I can to ensure you receive your order (and are happy with it!)
I love custom orders and happy customers! I will work with you each step of the way to make your order just what you want. I'll send you pictures of the paper choices, and keep you updated with emails as I make headway on your order. Many orders are finished in a matter of days, but it depends on the detail involved, and the quantity ordered. Payment is due up front in most situations, though, for large orders, I will accept a deposit up front and final payment when the order is finished.
