I ordered these beads on Jan 14, and they were supposed to have shipped by the 17th. When I saw that they had NOT shipped by the 19th, I wrote and asked why. I didn't get any reply despite 2 convos that week. Then I saw that a shipping label was created...but then 3 days later, the item hadn't even been brought to the post office! Finally, after another convo, I got a note explaining that a new label was made and she was refunding my shipping charges. While I appreciated the refund, the lack of communication was very upsetting

Although the item wasn't shipped till almost 2 weeks later and after multiple attempts of contacting them, they resolved the issue very well and I appreciate that. Thank you.

My order didn’t shipped when scheduled to, contacted shop owner twice with no response. Received order yesterday and the beads are a mixture of letters and numbers when it’s suppose to be all letters. Very disappointed
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I welcome international orders, and I charge close to my actual cost for shipping. However, there is always a chance that orders might get lost in the customs system. For most countries, international shipments are only tracked until they leave the United States. If your package goes missing after this point, I will replace the items, but you will need to pay shipping for the replacement package.
I accept PayPal, credit cards through Etsy, and United States money orders. I do not begin work on custom orders until payment is received or a PayPal eCheck has cleared.
Returns & exchanges
If I've made an error in a bracelet or custom letter order, I will replace the order at my expense.
If an item isn't right for you or for your project, that's cool. If you're in the US, I can send you a shipping label to send it back to me and issue a refund. If you're outside of the US and don't want to pay return shipping yourself, please donate the beads to a local community center or give them away.
To state the obvious, I will not issue a refund if you've kept any of the beads.
Work on custom orders doesn't begin until payment has cleared. I will not make samples.
