**PLEASE NOTE: We are having our felt circles pre-bagged now. If you have any issues with the felt circles you receive, please send us a message with the size/color/quantity that you are unable to use and we will issue you a refund.

Our adhesive felt circles will give your headbands a finished professional look! Simply peel and stick to hide the back of the headband and provide a soft surface for your baby's head. We do recommend using a bit of hot glue for extra security. Please note that you need to GLUE the headband together, the felt circle is just for the finishing touch. These pre-cut adhesive circles are a huge time saver! The one inch size is perfect for many of our smaller items including mini puffs, unfinished ballerina flowers, petite shabby flowers, tulle folded flowers, dainty folded fabric flowers, petite ranunculus flowers, and many more!

★ This listing is for a set of ONE HUNDRED adhesive felt circles. These circles measure approximately 1" straight across and come in your choice of 20 colors. You can choose colors in quantities of ten, so you can pick TEN colors! Please leave your color choices* in your note at check out.

PLEASE NOTE: The edges of our felt circles are cut by machine and you may be able to see where they are cut/sealed by the machine on the edges of the circles. This will be most noticeable on lighter colors. Also, we do not throw out circles that have markings on the paper side of the circle (as you will throw out the paper). We do try to catch and discard any felt circles that have any markings on the felt side or if they are defective when we bag them.

*The first business day AFTER your payment clears is when I start counting. Please let me know before purchasing items if you need them by a certain date. I always try to accommodate rush orders at no additional charge, but you need to let me know!

Shipping charges* are for USPS First Class Mail. Domestic orders will typically take 2-5 days to arrive once shipped.

*I DO NOT include insurance in my shipping charges. Please know that once a package leaves my hands, I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. The Post Office really does lose packages from time to time, and this is completely out of my hands! If you would like to insure your package please let me know and I will add it to your listing.

PLEASE let me know if any items arrive damaged. I always do a quality check on items before shipping, however during the shipping process sometimes items may be damaged. I am NOT responsible for postal errors, but I can include insurance at an additional charge if you would like. If you feel the damage was due to my error, please message me with a picture of the damaged items.


Our shipping charges are for First Class Mail International which DOES NOT HAVE A GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE OR INSURANCE INCLUDED. International mail can take anywhere from 2-5+ weeks to arrive. I am not responsible for lost international packages! Each country uses it's own system for mail and it is YOUR responsibility to know which shipment method is best for your country and ask for that option before checking out. As a buyer you are responsible for paying the customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any related charges.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me on Etsy. I accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, so you need to let me know if you have a problem with your order as soon as possible in order to process it within that time frame. If we made a mistake with your order, I usually require you to send a picture of the item in question in order to take care of the problem.

If you would like to return an item just because you changed your mind, didn't read the listing, etc and it is NOT due to an error we made:

- Make sure to return it to me within 30 days.

- You must include an invoice/ receipt or we will not be able to process your return.

- You must pay for return postage and the items must be shipped the same way I sent them to you. For example, if I shipped the items to you in a box using USPS priority mail you must ship them back in a box with priority mail.

- They must arrive in the same new and unused condition that they were sent in. I will not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged.

- If the above qualifications are met, you will be issued a refund for the returned items. You will not be issued a refund for any shipping/ handling charges.

I reserve the right to refuse service to customers for any reason.

★ Rhinestone embellishments: My metal rhinestones embellishments are extremely high quality! Every rhinestone style has been stress tested and is packaged accordingly. In the rare event that you get a "lemon" (a defective embellishment), simply send me a message with a picture of the missing rhinestone and I will refund the cost of the rhinestone to you. There is no need to ship the defective item back to me if a picture is sent.

Additional policies

Product options within listings:
Please remember that if you do not leave color choices, sizes, etc in "note to seller" at checkout, I will have to choose for you. The same applies to choosing colors noted as "out of stock" or "sold out" within listing descriptions. IF I notice your mistake prior to filling your order, I will always try to convo you first so you can correct your mistake. However, if I do not receive a timely response I will have to choose for you!

Reserved listings:
I cannot hold products indefinitely. When I make a reserved listing for you I expect it to be purchased within 2 days. If it is not, I will delete your reserved listing and offer the items for sale to others.

Wholesale orders:
I love wholesale customers! I offer wholesale pricing throughout my shop when you purchase items in larger sets. Check out the difference in price between sets of 5, 10, and 25. Please compare my prices elsewhere and you will see that my prices are already rock bottom in my wholesale listings. What you see is generally what you get when it comes to my prices. IMPORTANT NOTE: All computer monitors are different and colors may appear different on every screen. I try to edit my photos to show items as true to color as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from what you see on your computer screen. PLEASE UNDERSTAND that colors will vary from dye lot to dye lot. This is the nature of my products. Colors will not stay exactly the same over time!
