SHIPPING POLICY: We strive to get your items out the door, within 24 hours (except for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). If there is a backorder on certain items (usually a delay of 1 - 2 days), we will message you and you can decide if you would want to wait for it or cancel the order.
We ship using USPS First Class (for domestic and international). All Parcel Posts will automatically have Delivery Confirmation service added (effective February 15, 2008). If you wish to purchase insurance for your items, please convo us prior to paying and we will adjust your invoice.
We can ship express or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to expedite your shipping, please contact us and we will assist you in getting the cheapest and fastest way to receive your products.
Please note that we can only ship to the address on your PAYPAL account unless if an e-mail is sent to us stating that you will not hold us liable for any lost shipment if shipped to a different address. ("Note to seller" messages DO NOT count as an official document. Has to be an e-mail addressed to us.)
LOST IN THE MAIL ITEMS: We try our best to carefully pack your items and place the needed amount of shipping to send out your items to you. At the end of the day, we are at the mercy of the USPS. Unfortunately, if they lose your items in the mail, we are not responsible for your items not arriving at your doorsteps.
For added security, may we suggest that you convo us to add the delivery confirmation service ($0.50) to your purchased items and we will adjust your invoice for you. But please let us know prior to payment.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (LOST IN THE MAIL ITEMS): When your items were shipped via USPS Priority Mail, you are e-mailed a delivery confirmation number. For some reason, if your items do not get to you, please contact your local post office with the tracking information to have them investigate. We have shipped your items promptly as you requested and there is nothing we can do on our end to retrieve any packages sent out through USPS.
PAYMENT POLICY: We follow the regulations listed by Etsy - all purchases are to be paid for within 3 business days. If you are unable to do so, kindly convo us to let us know.
Payments that are not made within the time period indicated will result in a negative feedback on your account. This is not our favorite thing to do but it is a waste of our time to have to file for refunds and relist our items. Please only purchase if you are serious.

All international buyers are to pay for their purchases through PAYPAL or a certified money order in U.S. funds ONLY.
Returns & exchanges
RETURN POLICY: If for some reason, you find that our products are not up to your satisfaction, you have 15 days from the date of purchase to send us back your purchase. Please send it back with a statement stating your reason for returning your purchase, and we will gladly issue you a refund (minus shipping and minus 20% restocking fee). Items returned has to be in its original form and quantity. Should any items sent back be used or opened, we will have to evaluate the situation and possibly only offer you a partial refund.
WHOLESALE ORDER RETURNS Because of the time that we put into preparing such large orders, if you are returning these items, please keep in mind that we do charge a 20% restocking fee on your purchases. Once the items are sent back to us, we will only be able to issue a partial refund (minus 10% restocking fee and shipping).
DAMAGED GOODS: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any items that were damaged during shipping. We do offer shipping insurance but prior to paying, please convo us so that we can add on to your invoice.
If you received items that were defective (NOT damaged), we will require that you provide us proof that the items are truly defective:
1. Please take a picture of the defective goods and convo us. 2. If it is a mistake on our part, we will gladly send you a replacement.
CANCELLED OR UNPAID TRANSACTIONS: Unfortunately, we have to write this part up due to some orders that were placed but not paid for.
1. Items bought from our store has to be paid for within 3 business days. Please convo us if you are delaying your payment or sending your payment in the mail.
2. We will convo buyers with unpaid items after 3 business days as a reminder. If we received no responses from the buyer(s), we will cancel the transaction and leave a "NEUTRAL" feedback. Listings take up a lot of our time to post in our store and we sincerely hope that buyers who are buying items from our store will take this seriously so that our time will not be wasted processing refunds.
3. Cancelled Orders that have been paid for will be charged a $1.00 handling fee so, please purchase carefully as it is a waste of our time to process unnecessary refunds.

***This clause does not cover items that are sold under "SAMPLE PACK" or "SCRAP PACK." Sample or scrap packs are discounted items and also considered remnants or odds and ends. We do not check through every single piece that goes into these packs as we try to keep the time involved and labor costs down so that we can bring you these packs at the lowest price possible. If you find any defects in your packets, keep in mind that when you get your sample packs, we've taken into consideration that we may have accidentally included some defective pieces but not intentionally. Therefore, we have increased the total of items in a pack to be more than the quantity stated. This allows us to have some room for error. After all, we are only humans and we don't use machines to pack all things. ***
