Each flag measures approximately 7 1/2 in. wide by 10 in. tall, together the banner measures 22 1/2" long, pennant to pennant, 38 1/2 in. long including the straps. It is made using fusible applique techniques.
You'll receive clearly written instructions to make both the "Joy" and "BOO" banners. I teach at a local shop and am known for clearly written instructions, complete with diagrams and/or photos.
