All orders are shipped through USPS first class or priority mail unless special arrangements are made prior to the order. Shipping via other carriers may mean increased shipping and handling fees.
All items ship upon receipt of payment.
Returns & exchanges
While we attempt to package all merchandise as well as we can, accidents do happen. If you receive a damaged item or do not receive your item, please contact our shop and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
If you are ordering an item that specifies a size, please read the measurement instructions very carefully and message us with any questions. We will make exchanges or issue a refund for an incorrect size, but we may have to make the item for you and we do ask that you pay for shipping expenses if the mistake was yours.
