    These polishing pads are amazing. I have tried many silver polishing products before but these little pads work better than anything else I've found.

    This polishing cloth is amazing. I have tried many different ways to clean one of my necklaces in the past including a professional ultrasonic cleaner at a jewelry store and nothing compares to results I got from a few minutes with this little pad. I saw results after just a few swipes. I haven't seen my necklace this bright in years. Great price and incredibly fast shipping. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Despite our secure packing some of our items are fragile and are charges do not cover insurance. If you would like to insurance your package let us know and for a small additional fee we can add it. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.

We are not responsible for delays within the post office and do not offer refunds on shipping

All pieces have a processing time please look in our shop heading or contact us for current accurate times. Everything is custom made. We do aim to ship faster this is an estimate but this varies during holidays and busy periods. Contact us with any questions regarding shipping time. November, December, April , May and June are our busiest months, shipping times may vary. Please contact us with questions or if you need something EXPEDITED. We do have some stock on hand and if possible will ship quickly.

White Lilie's items are shipped via USPS First Class, which can takes 2-5 days within the US to recieve. This does not include a processing time! and 12-30+ days internationally. We have no control over how long the package may be held up in customs. This is an estimate and often arrives sooner than the estimated shipping time. Should you need a package sooner, we do offer upgraded services for an additional charge. Please contact us immediately about receiving something sooner. We know what it is like to wait for a package and we aim to ship asap.

Regarding International orders, White Lilie does not collect any customs fees when sending packages. All customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred from receiving our product will be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations and will have no bearing on our company.


Payments

Payments need to be made through paypal immediately. If you are having trouble with making a payment we are more than happy to assist you. In the event that you do not make a payment we will attempt to contact you. If our attempts to contact you are unsuccessful we have the right to cancel your transaction.

All orders that are left unpaid after four days will be canceled. If you have a custom request and do not leave a valid email, after 10 days of trying to contact you without a response , the order will be canceled.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We take pride in the quality of our pieces and the craftsmanship. However, should anything be not to your liking we do offer limited returns for credit on our pieces. They must not have been worn and in the original conditions, not bent, or damaged in anyway in order to be returned for full refund, and the return has to be postmarked within 10 business days from receiving it. We do not take exchanges or returns after this time. The item has to be packaged as it was shipped. We will not take returns on things damaged in the mail.

WE DO NOT TAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON RINGS OR CUSTOM ORDERS.

YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING SOMETHING.

Additionally, should any piece broke within the first two months we offer to repair it. The buyer has to be pay for shipping to and from the seller. Should any additional materials be needed, the buyer would be charged the " at cost" price.

Please note that despite our best attempts, sometimes colors range slightly. We try our very hardest to take pictures that best represent our pieces. We do not accept returns for pieces that "you thought the color was different"

Additionally, we have purchased our supplies from all over the world and sometimes types of gemstones get lost in translation. We do try our hardest to make sure everything is properly identified. In the event we do not know we will note it in the listing.
