International Customers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

I take great pride in my handmade items and stand behind their quality. I will gladly refund money less shipping costs or exchange the products ordered from my website within 10 days of receipt as long as the following conditions are met.

- Please contact me by email before you return the product.
- Please return the handmade product in its BRAND NEW condition.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item, as well as to ship a new hat/quilt to you, regarding an exchange.

Please read the listing description carefully before purchasing an item to make sure it is the right color, size, and style you want. If you would like to see a color swatch, please let me know and I will happily send you one free of charge.


FABRIC RETURNS:
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted once the fabric has been cut from the bolt. However, if something isn't right with your order or if your fabric is damaged please let us know. Refunds will be issued once items are returned. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges unless the fabric was damaged. Sale items may not be returned. Because of copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.

Please read the listings carefully and make sure the pattern on the fabric is running in the correct direction that you want it to and that you have ordered the correct size and color.
The color swatches shown are an approximation of the true fabric colors. Different monitors on different computer platforms will render these colors differently, something I'm unable to control.
