Most items ship first class or priority mail, depending on the weight of the item. If you need special arrangements, or are on a specific time schedule please convo me. I usually ship within 5-7 business days M-F, I cannot ship during the weekends. During the holidays it can take a little longer, if you are in a hurry, please convo me (before purchase!) so that I can get it out to you as quickly as possible. If your order is something I do not normally carry or for full bolts, there can be additional wait time before shipping if I have to special order it in for you. If you are on a time schedule, please convo me before ordering so I can give you a time estimate, or make special arrangements. I make every effort to ship them out immediately after their arrival. ***Please also note, I ship to addresses listed on your order as the shipping address. If you are purchasing this for someone else, there is a section in the order process to enter their order information. If you have moved, you need to change your address in etsy (My Account-Settings-Addresses) I do not always see a note left in the comments about an address, and my shipping software is integrated with shipping address listed on the order, so even if I do see it, I have to go into my shipping program, manually remove your old address, create a new label, enter your new address information...all of which takes extra time, and slows the order processing. Please be on top of your own address corrections.


Payments

I expect to have payment or payment arrangements within 3 days of the purchase of an item in my shop. After 3 days with no response, I reserve the right to re-offer the item for sale again in the shop. I accept payment in the form of personal check, money order, Paypal, and direct checkout.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I accept exchanges for store credit minus shipping. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem please convo me . I am not responsible for lost or damaged items if shipping insurance is not requested.I always aim to make my customers happy. If there is something that you are looking for, please ask, I just might have it!

Additional policies

I want to clarify my shipping and handling charges. If you purchase stock from my inventory directly from the shop, charges are as they are listed on your invoice, I do not refund any perceieved overages after the sale. HOWEVER, if you would like to save on your shipping charges, please instead convo me a list of items you wish from the shop and the quanity of each item. I will then create a custom listing for you with shipping charges based on your location. It always works out most favorably for you to do it this way. I do not like to overcharge people for shipping charges but there are a few things that some do not realize or understand. Etsy charges a flat .20 per item listing fee, this is a great deal if you are selling a $5.00 or especially a $50.00 item. If you are selling .40 per yard ribbon, not so great. I could make my listings for multiple yards only, so you would have to purchase 3 or 5 yards of a ribbon per sale, but I have so many customers that want a big variety and prefer just a yard or so. If someone buys 10 items from me out of my shop, I am thrilled , but the transaction fees alone will be $2.00, and if that ribbon is .40 per yard that is half of the sale. Therefore I include my shipping, fee, and packaging in the shipping part of the transaction. This gives me the option to adjust the shipping when I am convo'd for a sale rather than the price of the individual items. People looking at my shop can see at a glance what the cost of the product will be, it is a constant. I hope this answers any question you might have, but if not, please feel free to convo me :o)

If you want multiple yards of something please convo me for a custom listing as stated in all of my listings. If you purchase an item and then send me a message stating you want more yardage, I will cancel the order and contact you to create a custom listing. It just becomes too complicated to keep track of otherwise. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I value your business and am always happy to work with you! My convo response time can also follow my shipping schedule 3-4 business days. I make every effort to get back to you sooner and in most cases I do. However, I am a one woman show and when I am packing orders, I am not reading convos.
