A quote for 20 as shown is $38, however any quantity can be produced. This listing is for your deposit and gets us started on customizations and digital proofs. It is deducted from your total. Once purchased, you will be emailed within 48 hours to get us started. That’s where the fun begins!

EVERYTHING IS CAREFULLY HAND MADE WITH CARE IN 2 TO 8 WEEKS. Timing depends on: TYPE OF DESIGN AND QUANTITY CURRENT PROJECT LOAD *** EMAIL RESPONSE TIME *** We respond as quickly as we possibly can. This may take a few days depending on the project load, holidays and vacations. PAPER AVAILABILITY (papers could be back ordered) Keep in mind that save the dates are much quicker than invitations sets.

My listings are for deposits towards your order. Deposits are $50 and are applied to your total. Once a deposit is placed you are emailed to collect wording and customizations so that digital proofs can be created for you. Nothing is printed until I have your approval. The remaining balance is then charged once we are ready to print through paypal or another Etsy listing upon your request.

OUR MINIMUM ORDER IS 20 FOR MOST ITEMS.

Yes, most designs or similar designs are available for sampling. Sample cannot be customized, however card stock swatches can be included in with you sample in case you want to see other colors. (see card stock colors) Samples are $8. Just message us with the section you found the invitation in, names of the couple on the invitation and we can find it easily that way.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Because everything created by Inspirations is hand made and customized for you, there are no returns. You are responsible for the final proof approval. Once approved, no changes can be made. You are sent several proofs and nothing is printed until we have your approval so please check over all proofs very carefully.

STANDARD SHIPPING IS UPS GROUND. You may request an express option which will be determined at the time of shipping. This would be invoiced separately and you would only owe the difference. Some orders may be shipped USPS depending on the amount and location. HI and AK often are. Shipping prices are determined by UPS and NOT by Inspirations. You will NOT need to sign for your package. Please provide the BEST and safest address for your order. Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. International shipping is charged separately AFTER your order is complete for accuracy. * Rates are determined by USPS and NOT Inspirations. Please inquire if needed.

Digital prints are created of all printed pieces from your designs. Up to 5 full sets of proofs are included with your deposit. Unlimited proofs can be purchased for $40 and added at any time during the process. Nothing is printed until we have your approval. * Physical proofs are NOT customary. If you desire a physical proof, there is a $15 fee for this option. The total balance is due before a physical proof is mailed.

Yes, I offer envelope printing options. Proofs are created for these as well and they become a fun part of the design and are a real time saver. Just ask me to include this in with your quote.

Additional pieces such as menus, place cards, gift tags, signs, table numbers & names, thank you cards and much more are always available. Please let me know what you need and I will happily create matching accessories for you.

Listings are for deposits on your designs and will be applied to your total. The remaining balance is due upon approval to print. An itemized invoice will be emailed to you from me and an Etsy listing will be created for the remaiing balance for convenient payment.

For all invitation and stationery orders, payment in full is required before the items go into print and production. Thank you!

Get started by purchasing your deposit and you will be emailed by Amie, A.K.A. your personal designer within 48 hours to get acquainted and collect your customizations.

---------- STEP TWO ♥ CUSTOMIZATIONS AND PROOFS ----------

This is the process where we make your design come to life! Please let me know if you need changes to your paper colors, fonts or graphics. Once your wording is sent to me, your first set of proofs will be prepared.

-------- ♥ IMPORTANT♥ ----------

UP TO 5 SETS OF PROOFS ARE INCLUDED IN ALL PACKAGES. UNLIMITED PROOFS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $40 AND CAN BE ADDED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PROCESS.

We will email back and forth a bit throughout this process to make sure that your designs are just right. Once a design is approved and you have given the “Ok to print,” no further changes can be made.


---------- STEP THREE ♥ PRODUCTION ----------

You may now sit back and relax as your invitations are constructed. You will be notified once they are complete and shipping confirmation and tracking will be emailed to you. You will be kept informed throughout the process. Please allow up to 2 weeks for production (typically much faster).

---------- ♥ ENVELOPE PRINTING ♥ ----------
Printed envelopes are available for an additional charge. Proofs are included as they become part of your design and are a real time saver for you. Simply request a quote at the time of purchase.

Printed envelopes are $0.80 per envelope and include guest addresses on front and a return address design on the front OR on the back of the envelope. RSVP envelope addressing is also available.

Stamps are NOT included with any orders, however custom stamp designs are available for $10 each. The design is released to you and stamps can then be ordered through zazzle.com

♥ THE DESIGN PROCESS itself may take 2 to 8 weeks or more until the designs are just perfect for you. (depending on your email responsiveness and the extensiveness of the design) All emails are answered as quickly as possible. On occasion, it may take a day or two to reply due to current project load.

♥ AGAIN KEEP IN MIND THAT 5 SETS OF PROOFS ARE INCLUDED AND UNLIMITED PROOFS ARE AVAILABLE FOR $40.

♥ Please allow 2-3 weeks for PRODUCTION once your design is approved for printing, although typically this is much faster and closer to 1 week.

♥ ANYTHING UNDER 2 WEEKS IS CONSIDERED AN EXPEDITED ORDER AND EXPEDITING FEES WILL BE CHARGED. (please inquire if interested, but keep in mind it is NOT always available)

It’s never too early to start working on your design. We suggest getting started early, 2-3 months prior to when you would like your design to be mailed or ready for your event.

---------- ♥ EXPEDITED ORDERS ♥ ----------

Expedited orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and can only be accommodated if there is room in our production schedule. Please feel free to inquire regarding our schedule. There is an added fee for rush orders of 10-20% depending on the time frame, our schedule and size of the order. Expedited orders are worked on at night and on weekends to make sure they meet their "need by dates" without interrupting the flow of current client orders.
