Item details

First of all, I apologize for the quality of the photos. These were taken years ago with my first digital camera. They will be updated when I can sew another of these dolls (all the others have sold).

My "Hazel the Witch" cloth pin doll pattern has been available as a traditional paper pattern since 1999. With the increasing popularity of e-patterns, I decided to convert this one to a pdf file as well. The detailed instructions (8 pages worth) include lots of illustrations.

Hazel is made from a woven fabric like muslin, dyed. She’s about 6 inches tall, and has jointed arms and legs. Her face can be needle-sculpted (or not); features are painted in acrylics outlined with pigma pens. Her clothing is not removable. Hazel has modified mitt hands with finger divisions stitched by hand after stuffing. Her hair is crepe wool or mohair (or any other fiber you desire).

Online help is available, should you have any questions.

Adobe Reader is required to open this document. As this is a pattern download, there is NO COST FOR SHIPPING.

At this time, the e-pattern is designed to be printed on 8-1/2 X 11 inch paper, though I believe there should be no problem printing onto international A4 paper (not tested).

As with all copyrighted materials, forwarding this e-pattern to anyone (for profit or not) is prohibited. You may sell dolls made from this pattern if credit is given the designer. You may save a copy of the file to your computer, CD, flashdrive, etc., for your personal use.

As this is an e-pattern, there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. This listing is NOT for the finished doll, but the PATTERN to make her.

Thank you,
Deanna Hogan, Blue Heron Dolls

She's too cute to be a witch, but a lot of fun to make. Thanks for another great pattern.
