All products are made-to-order, with the exception of some in-stock stencils and decals, and carefully packaged. In-stock items are shipped 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and should arrive within 7-10 business days. Please allow 3-5 days for creation of made-to-order items. Please note that during holiday times production time may increase.
Items will be shipped USPS First Class mail if within weight limits; otherwise, orders will be upgraded to Priority Mail. All US orders will include a USPS tracking delivery confirmation. Artfully Designed Creations is not responsible for any delays, damages, or stolen or opened items caused by the shipping service. Undelivered address item returned to Artfully Designed Creations can be reshipped at buyer’s expense or refunded minus shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may take more than 3-5 weeks (additional week if during a holiday time) to clear customs and be delivered. Customer is responsible for any additional fees or charges assessed by the local shipping carrier, taxes, fees, customs, etc.
We accept direct checkout with Paypal or with a credit card.
PAYPAL is preferred: Paypal is an online payment service used by many online merchants. Paypal is the quickest form of payment and it will allow us to ship your items faster.
CREDIT CARDS: Paypal also can process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds will be given if items arrive damaged. You must contact me within 5 days of receipt to arrange for a refund. Once you have returned your unopened, unused items, we will offer a full refund including shipping costs. Refunds will not be offered for custom made orders and "wrong size" ordering.
If you are not happy please contact me and explain your situation with me before leaving a bad feedback, no solution is too hard to resolve!
If I made a mistake, let me know right away so I can send you a replacement. Postage will be covered for you returning it. Please message me and let me know what went wrong so I can fix the issue before you leave a feedback. Thank you very much for understanding.
