Shipping is usually with in one to two business days using the services of USPS, priority, parcel or first class mail as the case may be, fedex home or UPS Ground as well. Shipping fees include insurance and a tracking number which you can access on the Etsy website. You can also arrange your own shipment, just contact us prior to purchase. We use clean recyclable materials at all times to save on shipping and packaging costs.
Items are fully insured. Orders are not voided by Postal error or delay. In cases of damage or lost of items during shipment, we shall file or aid you with filing on insurance claims which will include et al proper documentation. Thereafter if the Carrier finds the claim to be valid the Buyer will be compensated by Insurance. If the claim is denied or if the purchase amount exceeds the insurance limit, as a courtesy and at our discretion, we can offer you store credit for 50% of the difference. It is important that your delivery address is secured to avoid lost of items. If you require signature on deliveries please contact us prior to purchase.
We accept Credit cards. For money orders and personal checks, items are shipped after cleared payments.
We also accept layaway offers thru check or money order payments only. We usually require 20% down and 20% minimum monthly payments or as the case maybe. Feel free to contact us to make payment arrangements. Unfulfilled or uncompleted layaways are NON REFUNDABLE but you will be given store credit for the total amount of payments you have made.
