SHIPPING Our shipping prices that are shown in all of our listings are based on the contiguous 48 states and excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii.
SHIPPING TO HAWAII OR ALASKA We can ship to Alaska and Hawaii but the shipping fee is higher. We can create a new listing just for you if your want any items to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. We would be happy to give you a shipping quote for those two States so please email us before placing an order to get an accurate quote. If you are happy with the Quote, then we will create the new listing and update you by email when it is ready to purchase.
WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AT THIS TIME We use UPS, FedEx and United Postal Service for delivery of your items
All packages include a tracking number and will be emailed to each customer for their records and tracking purposes once the order has been processed and ready to ship. We do not include invoice copies as this is available under yoru Etsy purchases for you to review.
We are not responsible for courier service errors, weather delays, acts of God or packages that are left at the customers delivery address and will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or its contents once they have been shipped and leave our location. We do not include insurance on our packages but can be purchased separately.
We accept credit cards through Direct Checkout, PayPal, money order, certified checks and company or personal checks. If you pay by a personal or company check, your order cannot be shipped until the check has had time to clear through our bank. Please keep in mind that this may take up to two weeks for out of state checks to clear. Please specify during check out if you are paying by check or money order and email us for mailing instructions.
Returns & exchanges
We are confident that you will find our products to be as described and with quality assurance behind every product. As we are not a retail store and most our items are custom made to order or an item from nature, we do not provide refunds for any items purchased in our shop for any reason. Please be sure that the item that you are purchasing is suitable for your intended need. Have a question about our items? Please contact us before placing an order.. We do not provide refunds or store credits on any custom orders whatsoever. Cancellation of an order is non refundable after the order has been paid for and received. If you have a discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. No discrepancies will be considered thereafter and no returns/refunds will be given after such time as outlined above. For any issues, please contact us first so that we may resolve the situation to the best of our ability before leaving negative feedback.
Our dried food and fake/faux food items are for display purposes only and not to be eaten. Please keep all items out of reach of children and or pets as we are not reliable for any incidences that may occur.
