♥This listing is for TWENTY (20) LEDs. You choose the bulbs you want from the bulb chart above, subject to availability. I have anywhere from 10-100 of each bulb on hand, so please double check with me if you want more than 10 of any one type in particular to make sure I have it.
♥LEDs are guaranteed to be BRIGHT (anywhere from 2000-1000 mCd) and working perfectly when they arrive to you. I will test each bulb before I ship it to you. All colors except red and orange are tested for batteries at 3.0-3.7V. Any battery more than 3.7V WILL FRY THE LEDS. Solid red and solid orange bulbs will require resistors to be hooked to a 3.7 V battery, and I will include several resistors with your order for free. I recommend testing any LED with a watch battery first, hooked up to a resistor. If you are unsure of whether your battery is 3.7 V or more, always use a resistor between the LED and the battery. If you hook the LED to the battery and it does not switch on, insure the polarity of the bulb is correct. Hooking up the bulb backwards can fry the bulb. If you fry the bulb, I'm sorry, but I cannot replace it for free.

♥♥♥International Customers: Recently (Jan 27, 2013) the USPS DOUBLED the shipping rates for international packages. For a 20 x 20 x 3 hoop with 4" girth at 19 ounces, it costs me $35 to send this package to Canada and $60 to ANY country overseas. For every country other than Canada I now use global express priority mail, which should put your package in your hands roughly 7-10 days after shipping. I now use express mail for overseas packages because it now costs about the same to send a package priority mail.. This method is TRACKABLE and fast. Canadian customers can expect their item within 3 weeks. An upgrade to express mail (5-7 day arrival after shipping) is available to Canadian customers for a fee. Convo me if you need further clarification of international shipping fees.
All items are made to order and completely customized for you. I do not begin production until after I receive payment. Please check out my current production time in the "announcements" section of my shop to see what the current production time is.
PLEASE NOTE: To check when your item has shipped, log into 'your etsy' and go to 'purchases' . I will update the "shipped" checkbox immediately prior to shipping your item. I will not usually convo you with a ship date since you can check it yourself at any time.
I use USPS first class mail which takes 3-5 days within the US. However, please allow up to 14 business days (not including holidays and weekends) to receive your order after I ship if you are in the US. I have had international orders take up to 1 month to arrive, although most shipments to Canada, the UK, and Europe arrive within 7 days. If you have not received your order in that time frame (14 business days for US, 30 business days for Int'l), PLEASE convo me before leaving negative feedback and I will ship a free replacement. All US orders have delivery confirmation.
I will overnight or 2nd day your item to you at your expense. Please contact me for a quote.
After ordering, please pay me within 48 hours. If you have not paid within 48 hours, I will cancel the sale and relist the item unless you contact me.
If you plan to pay on a different date, that is not a problem, just let me know :)
Returns & exchanges
If you receive your item and it arrives damaged by the post office, please convo me with photos and we will work out a replacement or repair.
If you receive your item and want to return it, that is fine, you may return it less 20% and the shipping charges. The item must be in its original condition. If it is obviously used, I can allow you to return it for a lesser price to be determined by me based on the amount of use. Because the clothing and hoops I sell are customized for you, it is very difficult for me to sell a custom item to someone else without marking it down. I would have to list it on sale at a loss to me.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS/WARRANTY for HOOPS
Your hoop is guaranteed to arrive to you in perfect condition. If it arrives and has been damaged by the post office, please convo me and we will work out a repair or replacement.
FOR REGULAR HOOPS:
I will have coiled and uncoiled your hoop several times before it has been mailed to you so that I know it is free from defects in workmanship before arrival. Your hoop is shipped coiled down and wrapped in bubble wrap. The coils are secured with some fabric strips. Gently open the hoop into a figure 8 and then gently and slowly pull at the connectors to open the hoop into a circle. Do not yank or apply a lot of force to the tubing when it is coiled down. It is at its weakest state when coiled down and it there is a possiblility of kinking the tubing if you are rough with it. If you are gentle when opening and closing it, you will not ever have any problems. Please note that I do not warrant against kinks in the tubing as this is always caused by excessive force being applied to the tubing. After shipping, It WILL be a little wonky/ovaly looking at first, especially since it was shipped in its coiled state for several days. As it stays in its circular shape and you hoop with it, it will become a perfect circle again. I don't recommend permanently storing it in its coiled down state. The tapes were applied while it was in its circular state and will scrunch a bit when coiled down.
My hoops are guaranteed not come apart with hooping. However, if you PULL on the connections, the hoop will open up (this seems obvious but just in case...). If you improperly open the hoop it is possible to kink the tubing. The 1/2" ID tubing is thinner than the 3/4", and better for flow, hand work, and transitions.. However, this lightness makes it more prone to kinking. If you slam it hard enough, it is possible to kink it. I have never kinked a hoop, but my friend (who is a hard hooper) has kinked one of mine when she slammed it erroneously into the ground. I also do not warrant against chips or tears in the tape. This will happen with normal wear and tear of the hoop.
Over time, the tape will come loose in places. You can use some scotch tape to fix down the corners or to cover gashes. If you get some scratches, convo me and I will happily sell you some tape scraps at a very cheap price to repair your hoop's tape job. You can clean your hoop with a warm wet rag and a mild dish soap.
I do not recommend hooping on asphalt or concrete, especially as a beginner. If you hoop on asphalt, and drop the hoop several times, the tape will start chipping away and the hoop will need to be retaped in no time. I recently had to retape a hoop that was perfect for over a year. I let a beginner use it on asphalt for 15 minutes and after she was done, the taping was completely ruined.
FOR POLYPRO HOOPS:
Your polypro hoop will be a little oval shaped at first, since it was just made, and the tubing is adjusting to its new shape. There is no reason to be alarmed if it is not a perfect circle at first. As you use it, it will even out! This process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on how often it is used. Polypro hoops with a push button mechanism can be VERY SLOWLY collapsed down to 16”. Always collapse slowly and you will not have any problems. Polypro is very rigid and NOTORIOUSLY PRONE to cracking, ESPECIALLY in COLD or hot temperatures. It can also crack or break if it is repeatedly thrown on hard surfaces. There have been reports on hoop city of cold polypro SHATTERING into pieces when the tubing is cold and it is dropped. I do not warrant against cracks or breaks, as this is a known issue with polypro tubing, and generally caused by misuse of the owner. I use the polypro that I sell and know that is quality tubing. Should the pop rivet come loose, or you have issues with the push button mechanism not opening and closing, I will repair your polypro free of charge, provided you send it to me for repair. If you snap the hoop at the connection, it may be possible for me to repair it at your expense, if you convo me.
