Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
- To qualify for a refund:
The merchandise must be free of personalization (engraving) and any type of damage done by the customer. Merchandise must be shipped back within 30 days of the initial purchase. Please send me a message before you would like a refund so we can go ahead and start the process.
No refunds or exchanges on personalized merchandise unless an error was made by myself such as misspelling or misplacement of engraving.

I'm shipping from Pennsylvania, USA.
International packages sometimes get lost do to different post offices exchanging the packages or other unknown factors. It's not typical but it's a possibility that all international customers need to be aware of. That is something I can't help or change unfortunately and because of that I can't take any responsibility if the package is lost by the post office.
Once you make the purchase you agree to take whole responsibility for it's shipping.
If the post office has lost your package I can send another one out for you but you are yet again responsible for shipping charges and 50% of the price of the merchandise.
