If item arrives damaged and was uninsured, we will be happy to issue a refund or a replacement item.
For Lost Items:
If item is lost in mail, please contact us and we will try to track it down.
If you receive it and change your mind, you may ship it back to us within two weeks and we will refund your money (minus our shipping costs).
For Custom Orders:
For custom orders, a picture(s) of the order will be shown to you so you can decide if it is indeed what you wanted. Once you approve the preview and purchase the item, no refund will be issued except in cases of damage or loss.
For Vintage Items:
Vintage items are sold 'as is' with no refund except in case of loss - but every effort will be made to accurately describe the item's current condition.
