Item details

Two 4lb wooden soap molds in the log style. Each will make approximately 14 bars of soap weighing in at 4.5 ounces. This varies depending on your cut.

Bar Size if cutting at 1 inch intervals would be: 3 1/2” Wide by 2 ¾” High by 1” deep.

Inside mold dimensions are 14" L x 3.5" W x 2.75" D

These molds are handmade of durable Southern Pine and each comes with a handy lid. The lid fits inside the mold and will need to be lined in the same manner as the mold. You may choose larger lids that sit on top of the mold during check out.

For cold process soap: the lid helps reach a full even gel phase, if you do not want a gel phase do not use the lid and put your soap in the fridge/freezer.

These are fine for Cold Process Oven Process (to 200 degrees F) as well.

A basic cold process recipe and instructions are included with this easy to use and affordable design.

Due to the handmade nature of this item please allow for color variances and possible slight imperfections in the wood. Such imperfections do not effect the functionality of this item.

So well made! I find it easier to make two 4 pound loaves than one long one, so the pair is perfect! Thank you, Ernie!

Very well made. I’m so happy I purchased these. I just received my 18 bar yesterday. I haven’t opened the box yet but if it’s anything like the 4 lb molds, I know I will be satisfied.
