This listing is for an international shipping upgrade to include a Track and Trace service, provided by SwissPost.
This gives you a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your item, and requires a signature on receipt.
SwissPost does not offer tracking as standard so this option is recommended if you need your item by a particular date e.g. a baby shower or baptism and want to know its progress.
Without this option, I'm afraid I won't be able to tell you the status of your parcel.

Shipping & policies
I ship Swiss A Post everywhere normally within four working days of receipt of payment and will email you to confirm when the item is on its way with an estimated shipping time.
In Europe delivery normally takes about 5 working days, outside Europe can take up to 10 days so a little patience is needed.
My items are not shipped registered OR with tracking codes, however this can be arranged for an additional USD 7 per order (expensive I know but it goes straight to the Swiss post office). Please convo me before purchase if you'd like to arrange this and I can adjust the relevant listing for you to include this extra charge.
Please note that I ALWAYS ship to the address in your etsy invoice unless otherwise arranged.
Fabius Maximus is not responsible for any customs or other locally incurred charges. Some US customers have contacted me with concerns about whether these will be incurred when ordering from a non-US shop. There is no hard rule here but I am not aware of any of my items that have shipped to the US having received these charges to date and this covers the whole range of items in my shop from smaller cards and cozies to large bags.
Items are shipped after receipt of payment.
Any discount offers are valid for all products in the shop (ex shipping but including custom orders).
Custom orders should be paid for when the order details (production time and price) are confirmed.

In the event of non-receipt of a delivery, our general policy is to offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund three months after the date of dispatch.

+ Gift shipping + For a hassle-free solution, I will happily ship your gift direct to the person of your choice, free of charge at your request. It will be beautifully wrapped in cream and brown Italian paper and purple or gold raffia. I can also include a small gift card - just let me know your message on check out and confirm the recipient's name and address if this differs from your PayPal address. Please note my standard shipping times and liability for customs charges info above when requesting gift deliveries.
