Custom rubber address stamps will give your everyday mail, stationery, or invitations a touch of style. Custom stamps work beautifully on invitations, holiday cards, and wedding items. They also make a great wedding, moving, or hostess gifts.

Stamps come in three formats:

1. WOODEN BLOCK STAMP: a hardwood maple body stamp (ink pad not included)

2. WOODEN HANDLE STAMP: a hardwood maple body stamp with a handle for ease of use (ink pad not included)

3. SELF-INKING STAMP: a Trodat self-inking stamper, with black ink

The hardwood maple stamps can be used with any color ink pad you prefer. These stamps allow you the flexibility to use your favorite ink pad from the local craft store.

..............................STAMP DESIGN AND SIZE..........................

The design is shown in the first and second photos. If you want custom fonts, you can select from those shown on my font sheet. I have hundreds of additional fonts, so if you want a font that's not listed...just ask. I probably already have it.

The stamp size varies slightly by design (and based on the length of your name/address). A wooden stamp in this design measures approximately 2.5 by 1 inches. A self-inking stamp in this design measures approximately 2-3/8 by 7/8 inches.

Leave the following information in "note to seller"

1. Your name/address
2. Any special layout or font requests
3. Any special size requests
4. If you need a proof before production

After you order, I will send a proof in 1-2 business days for your approval. (If you skip this step, it will just speed up your overall production time.) After you approve your proof, your stamp will ship via USPS in approximately 3 business days.


FAQs

Yes, I accept custom orders. I do not charge extra for this, but it will add some time to your total turnaround. Usually it takes 1 extra week, but it can be longer during busy times. Changes to fonts and colors are easy and typically do not require extra design time.

I do NOT use any designs that violate US Copyright or Trademark law. I cannot create designs with licensed characters (Star Wars, Snoopy, Hello Kitty, etc.).

I do not gift wrap items, but I am always happy to include a gift note upon request. We NEVER include prices on our packing slips because so many purchases are sent directly to gift recipients.

There is a "NOTES" section at checkout. Please leave all of your wording there, along with any special requests. If you need a photo added to an invitation, please send that to us by etsy message.

1. Download your file from etsy (GO TO you>purchases & reviews) 2. Download the LATEST version of Adobe Reader. FREE at get.adobe.com/reader. You MUST have the newest version for the fonts to work. 3. Open Reader. Hit file>open & select the PDF. 4. Type your text. Don't cut & paste- that can mess up the fonts. 5. To change font size, open the properties panel: control-E (PC) or command-E (Mac). You can change size, fonts, colors & spacing. 6. Save your item under a new name. (TIP: If it won't let you save, you are either using an old version of Reader or your Mac accidentally opened it in Preview. 7. Print using Adobe Reader, or send to a local print center. (Just make sure they open it in Reader to print.)

If you ask for a proof, it all depends on how quickly you reply to the proof email. Some clients reply in 10 minutes, and some take 2 weeks. If you take longer to reply, it will take longer for your finished item to get to you. After you approve your proof, typical production times are: * Invitations & Paper Goods - about 3 business days, with shipping by USPS or FedEX Ground *iPhone Cases - about 3 business days, with shipping by USPS first class mail * Mugs - about 3 business days, with shipping by USPS Priority 2-Day Mail. * Clipboards, Plates, Platters and Tote Bags - approximately a week to produce, but we try to speed this up when possible. * Stamps - 1-2 business days, with shipping by USPS first class mail.

We don't judge, because we realize how hectic Mom Life can be. :) For standard invitation orders, we send a proof about one business day after you order. Once you approve the proof, you typically have your invitations delivered in about a week (plus or minus a day or two). If you are in a RUSH, we can definitely help. We can rush the order and bump you up to overnight shipping, but this costs a bit extra. Please contact us for an exact quote, but the average rush fee is $15 or $20 and you have your invitations in hand about 2 days after you approve the proof. (For rush orders, we have a minimum quantity of 20 invitations.)
