**Orders will be shipped on June 27th**

**I ship domestically via USPS first class (standard) or USPS priority mail (buyer selects shipping method at checkout).

**I am unable to process rush orders, but if you need expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail), that can be selected as a shipping upgrade at checkout. Selecting Priority Mail will only affect the shipping speed, your order will still be shipped out within two business days, regardless of the shipping speed selected.

**USPS First class (standard) shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 days for delivery, and USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that shipping times are estimates only, the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates and they can go well beyond the expected delivery date listed on tracking.

**The 'expected delivery date' listed on USPS tracking is an estimate, it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping times can be much longer during busy holiday times due to the sheer volume of packages the USPS processes.

**If an item takes longer than expected to be delivered and you no longer want the item, you can always write "refused" on the unopened package, put it in the mail, and it will be returned to me at no charge to you. *Do not open the package or the post office will not accept the item back.* Once I receive the package I will submit a refund to your original payment method.

**The USPS considers packages lost after 30 days. If the tracking on your package does not show delivery after 30 days from the shipping date, I will submit a full refund to you.

**Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file with Etsy/Paypal. Please check it prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. If an incorrect address is provided & you no longer want the item, I will submit a refund (minus shipping charges) to your payment method once the item has been returned to me. I am not responsible to lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address given on any order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, I need to be notified of the breakage within 48 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the item/packaging. I will either replace the item for you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

If you change your mind about an order, you will need to contact me & return the item (in original condition) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus original shipping costs. Once the item is received in the original, undamaged, or unaltered condition, I will process the refund or exchange. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned orders.

If there are any other issues with your item, I will need to be contacted within 30 days of delivery to determine whether a refund or replacement can be issued. Any item with an issue will need to be returned or a photo sent, depending on the situation.

**I strongly recommend you use USPS First Class shipping for returning your package because it automatically comes with tracking. I am unable to process returns or refunds if the package does not make it back to me.**

Do not swim, shower, or bathe while wearing your jewelry- it will tarnish. I am unable to accept returns due to exposure to water.

There are no refunds for custom orders.

Items that are returned that do not meet the guidelines in this policy will not be issued a refund or replacement.

FAQ's

1. Shipping:

*Orders are currently shipping 1-2 business days from the purchase date.

*There is not an "overnight" shipping option, the shipping options available (select your preference at checkout) are USPS standard (First Class), and USPS Priority mail. Once shipped out, your item will take (on average) 3-5 days for delivery with standard shipping, and 2-3 days for delivery with Priority mail.

*Shipping is to the United States only, sorry, no exceptions.

**The USPS does not guarantee shipping dates, and the expected delivery date on tracking is an estimate, not a definite delivery date. Delivery dates can extend well beyond the estimate, especially during the holiday season. I cannot control the speed with which a package is delivered.

2. Custom orders:

*Due to time constraints, I am not able to accept custom orders, the items shown in the shop are what is available for purchase.

*I do not keep enough of each charm in stock to add extra charms to a given item.

*I only stamp individual letters, and only one letter will fit per pendant. I do not have any number or symbol stamps.


3. Add ons:

**I do not recommend adding more than two initials per necklace, the pendants will overlap one another and it will not look good when worn. Bangles look fine with multiple initials.

4. Materials:

*Charms are either pewter, silver plated pewter, or zinc alloy. The listing description will state if the charm is pewter or silver plated pewter. If the description says the charm is "silver toned", it is zinc alloy.

*Bangles are stainless steel

*Necklace chain is silver plated brass

*All items are lead and nickel free*

5. Returns:

*If your purchase arrives damaged or broken, please contact me with photos within 5 days to let me know.

*If you decide you don't want an item, it must be returned (in original condition) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus shipping costs. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned items.
