The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Cancellations are not accepted on personalized items. However if a piece is damaged or broken a new piece will be sent. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your piece so I will work with you. If a mistake has been made on my part (misspelling or wrong date) I will redo the piece and send it asap. I am not responsible for mistakes by the customer and you will be billed the purchase price. Pieces may vary and not be perfectly straight at times as these are handstand items, not engraved but that adds to the value and uniqueness of each piece. If you have placed the order and I have started your piece I cannot cancel or refund your order as these are hand stamped custom pieces. Cancellations are not accepted on personalized items. Since I am a one woman show and Jules returns to be on the light side of pricing if a mistake is made I will not over night a piece of jewelry if it is a loss for me, I make very few mistakes on my jewelry but I too… I am human. However I will get it out to you the next day. I always try to make things right with my customers you were very important to me

I occasionally will be asked about custom orders. I LOVE DOING THEM! However, I prefer to email you personally with ideas and want your approval before the piece is sent to you. I also send pieces as gifts from you to your recipient in an organza bag with a personal note from you, by request.
