This Prairie Rose Set was inspired by the strong women who rode horses with the men and defended their homes on the wind blown prairie, but also kept the floors swept, loved a pretty new dress, and laid out a gingham tablecloth for supper. This set is ultra-feminine but practical too for running, riding or dancing around.
Whether you keep it simple in one fabric, add a western belt, or switch it up with a contrasting sash or ruffles this is sure to be one of your favorite outfits. The Pants have a bit of flare but they aren’t too full and the Maxi Skirt is the most up-to-date proportion. The Prairie Dress has a great swing to it. And the blouse tops it all off with great elongated ruffles and a neckline that is just right. This pattern set offers all sorts of possibilities for your “ruffle and tumble” girl!
