This clamp-on cherry pitter or stoner was made by New Standard Corporation, Mount Joy, PA in the early 1900's. It is made of nickeled iron. All parts are numbered and were, therefore, replaceable with stock parts. It worked by feeding cherries into the 4 cups on the platform with the left hand while cranking with the right hand. The pitter measures 10.25" h and weighs 3 lbs.
It is the most difficult of the New Standard cherry pitters to find.
The pitter is in excellent condition: moves fairly smooth; no broken, welded or missing parts.
