The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
- Refunds: no return, exchange or refunds on all personalized items unless we made the errors such as misspelling names and sending wrong items. However, if you have concerns, please convo us through Etsy.
If you have a repair request, please send us an email. We will replace a broken chain (if you feel it was defective and it was not excessively pulled on) within six months of purchase. Because normal wear and tear from frequent use can eventually weaken a chain, we cannot replace broken chains after six months of purchase date.
Order changes -You have up to 24 hours to change personalization on your jewelry. If you need to make a change after that time, there is a $20 service fee. Changes on non-personalized items can be made up until your order is packaged to ship. For RUSH orders, if you catch us before we make your charm, you can change the personalization on your order...otherwise there is a $20 service fee.
Repairs/Re-sizing -Free lifetime repair (excluding chains). If a stone, charm or bead ever breaks, we will repair or replace at no charge. If you have a repair request, please send us an email for instructions. We can also re-size bracelets or chains, just contact us. Chains: we will replace a broken chain if it was defective and not excessively pulled on, within six months of purchase. Because normal wear and tear and occasional accidental pulls can eventually weaken a chain, we cannot replace broken chains after six months of purchase date.
Care of Jewelry - As with all jewelry and small items, this jewelry should be kept out of reach of children as the small pieces may possibly detach and pose a choking hazard.
