Item details

Pictured is 1/2 lbs of hand picked crinoid fossil stems that I found on the banks of lakes in East Tenn. There will be approximately 15-20 crinoids in each 1/2 lb lot. Sizes and shapes will vary. The crinoids range from about 1/2" to 1 1/2" in length and are a great addition to your collection, use for educational purposes or to create your own unique jewelry. The tumble very well and the size is perfect for wire wrapping.

If you would like to purchase multiple lots please contact me and I will be able to adjust the shipping costs.

Additional policies

We will be adding items frequently. We have everything from lapidary rough to book ends to finished products. We have been doing lapidary and rockhounding for almost 50 years and probably have anything you are looking for. If it isn't posted yet send me a message and I will see if it's available.
Unfortunately we will no longer be able to do anymore silver smithing as Gene Tipton no longer is healthy enough to continue. Purchase your one of a kind silver creations before they are sold out.
