I paid for the two-day shipping, and the necklace I purchased was shipped out maybe literally ten minutes or so after I paid for him! He was with me in record time! I definitely recommend this option if you want something rushed, especially since it's pretty cheap :)

I ship to the confirmed Pay Pal and credit card billing address. Please make sure it is correct. If you desire an item to be shipped to an alternate address, please contact me via Etsy convo, or enter the shipping address at time of purchase. A personal note or free gift card can be included with your gift by request. All purchases are sent in a hand stamped box with a ribbon, ready for giving. I ship weekdays USPS first class, with tracking numbers provided. Orders received over the weekends will be shipped within 5 working days, (usually Monday).

NOTE** Your order means a lot to me! I go to the post office daily, Monday-Friday. I strive to get all orders out next day, but expect shipping within 5 business days. My local post office is closed on Saturdays, so all orders made after my mail is taken on Friday will go out within 3 business days. Custom orders are shipped within three to fourteen days, depending on availability of components. Notification of approximate shipping time, for custom orders, will be given to you at time of purchase.

I personally deliver all packages, myself, directly inside the post office. So once they leave my hands, I am not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail. Loss or damage by the postal service are, unfortunately, out of my control and I can not take responsibility for them. Please purchase insurance on your package if this is a concern. If you do not receive an item in a timely manner, please notify me so that I can investigate the problem as quickly as possible. If you decide to not purchase insurance and your item is lost or damaged by USPS I am not responsible, nor can I offer a refund.

***International Buyers***
Thank you for your patronage! I enjoy knowing my designs are being worn all around the globe. Please familiarize yourself with my policies below to ensure a smooth transaction for both of us.

I am happy to ship internationally, but BUYER ACCEPTS ALL RISK AND LIABILITY for lost packages. The overwhelming majority of international packages arrive within one to two weeks, but some have taken as long as 3 months to be delivered. If time is an issue, or you need to track the package, please consider upgrading to Priority shipping. Check with your local customs office for assistance in tracking a package.

All international shipments are shipped with a correct customs form attached. I will not ship any international purchase as a gift to avoid customs fees, nor will I undervalue the shipment. Buyer is responsible for any customs/duty fees. No refund will be issued for any package that is refused or abandoned. PLEASE BE AWARE of any customs charges for your country before placing an international order. If you desire insurance, please contact me, so that I may add the cost to your invoice. I cannot track international packages due to the extreme cost and inability to gather information from customs.


Payments

My shop accepts PayPal and Etsy's Direct Checkout. Etsy's Direct Checkout allows you to pay with a credit card, debit card, or an Etsy Gift Card. Etsy and PayPal does NOT share your financial information with me. Etsy keeps your payment information secure and never releases your credit card or PayPal information.

You don't need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card. When you check out at Etsy just click the PayPal button and it will take you to their home page where you'll have the option to pay with your credit card without setting up a PayPal account.

Please pay within 3 days of purchase. Unless arrangements are previously made with me, non-payment will lead to the item being reposted for selling to another buyer. Cancellations are accepted if I am contacted within 2 days of the sale, since I usually ship within 1-2 days on most items..

If you pay via PayPal eCheck, that's fine with me. But I will not ship until the eCheck clears, which is usually 3-5 business days. It may take up to 7-10 business days for foreign eChecks to clear.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact me, within one week, if you are not satisfied with your selections so that we can work out a happy solution. Please ask questions about items before purchase, I will answer all inquiries as soon as I can. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you need to return an item it must be returned within 21 days of the purchase date, with PRIOR notification to me. If an item is returned, without my prior approval, it will not be refunded. The item must be in it's original condition, in secure packaging, for any refunds to be considered. Refunds will be processed once I receive the unwanted item. I prefer to work out an amicable solution to any problems.

Custom ordered jewelry designs are not returnable or refundable. I also, for sanitary reasons, do not accept returns on pierced earrings. Unfortunately, jewelry may oxidize or tarnish over time, and this is not returnable or refundable. Handle your jewelry with care. Bathing or swimming, while wearing my designs, is not recommended for this type of jewelry. The use of any perfume, lotions, bath products or hairspray while wearing jewelry may alter the finish or color.

To avoid tarnishing or discoloration, do not store precious jewelry in extreme temperature conditions or direct sunlight. Keeping sterling silver and silver plated jewelry in a plastic zip lock bag or soft cloth will decrease tarnishing. Wearing sterling frequently keeps it looking great. All bronze jewelry can cause skin discoloration in some instances, depending on skin enzymes. Washing the jewelry in mild soap and warm water will diminish any discoloration and tarnishing. Be sure to dry the jewelry completely. I do not recommend using jewelry cleaners on oxidized silver, it may ruin the finish. A soft polishing cloth will keep your jewelry shining.
