Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment.
I will ship to the address listed on your Etsy order, so please ensure this address is correct as I cannot reship or refund items that have been sent to the wrong address.
If posting to a business address, please ensure you have the business name included in the address to avoid any issues with delivery.
Orders will be sent via Australia Post using Regular Post WITHOUT TRACKING. If you would like to add tracking to your order or upgrade to Express Post, please select a shipping upgrade upon checkout. Standard post requires roughly 2-5 business days in transit, but please note DELAYS ARE NOT UNCOMMON. If you require your item in less than 10 days, Express Post is recommended.
Your order will be sent via standard airmail WITHOUT TRACKING. If you would like tracking on your order, please contact me first to arrange a quote. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks as a usual timeframe for international delivery, keeping in mind that DELAYS ARE NOT UNCOMMON.
Whilst I take every care in packaging and posting your order, once in transit I am unable to guarantee the safe and prompt delivery of your order, so please bear this in mind and allow sufficient time to receive your order. If you have not received your parcel within 2 weeks (for domestic orders) or 4 weeks (for international orders), please contact me and I will do my best to help.
Returns & exchanges
Should you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be more than happy to work out a solution for you.
If you are dissatisfied with your order or change your mind, please contact me within 5 days of receipt of the item for a refund or exchange. Except in the case that your item has been incorrectly described or damaged, return postage is paid for by the buyer and original postage cost cannot be refunded.
