If all of your purchases don’t fit into the priority envelope, additional shipping will be charged. All orders are shipped priority 2-3 day mail. This includes tracking number and insurance. The exception is the doll apron which is shipped US mail without tracking number and insurance. I am NOT responsible for lost or damaged items shipped using US mail. If you require priority shipping for a doll apron, please let me know BEFORE you make your purchase. I will adjust the price to include priority shipping.
I have no control over whether your country may or may not charge you importation fees, duties or tariffs when they deliver your package and I am not responsible for those. I will not falsify customs documents, so please do not ask.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
No refunds on custom orders. Please contact me if you have questions and/or concerns about an item. If an item is returned, the shipper will pay any and all return shipping cost.
