1. How friendly are the templates?
The templates are created to be user friendly, if you have a basic knowledge of Photoshop you will be able to use it easily.
2. Are your templates compatible with Elements?
Yes, the templates are compatible with Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements10. Please let me know if you are using Photoshop Elements in the “notes to seller” section at your time of purchase.
3. Will you include the font files with my purchase?
Due to copyright issues we can't distribute the font files. However we will include a list of links that you can follow to get the fonts used in the templates.
4. Printing Errors
Please make sure you check the colors, bleeds, trim lines, texts and fonts of the template and Please check for spelling errors before printing. Aodtod-Design will not be held responsible for printing errors(mistake).
5. I lost my files, can you resend them?
Don't forget to create a back up of the purchased files. If for some reason you lose the files, please email us with the order number to service@aodtod-design.com
6. Do you offer returns and refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds or credit.

These templates were created with Photoshop CS6, but are compatible with Photoshop CS and newer.
Please note : Designs can only be resold in printed or jpeg format to your customers. It is prohibited to share or resell the digital purchased psd files(original psd file).
Our files are provided in layered PSD. You will need basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to make changes in templates. Our products are created for professional photographic uses.
