Our items are shipped first class, priority mail or priority express. All of our items will have a tracking bar regardless of shipping class used.
At this time the only payments accepted are paypal and direct pay thru Etsy. Payments need to be made within 3 days of buying and item. We do not offer refunds on custom made items that have been monogrammed or custom sized.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds are only issued for items that are not as described, faulty or damaged. Refunds are not issued on custom made or embroidered and monogrammed items. Refunds are not issued for lost packages. Breakables are double wrapped and boxed and we ship with a tracking number but cannot be responsible for losses due to Post Office mishandling, theft or other damages. We recommend purchasing insurance to avoid issues with lost packages.
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from Queenie 51, however we cannot refund for custom made and custom monogrammed items once the item has been made simply because a buyer has changed their mind about purchasing.
