You receive: tiny Ethiopian, African metal beads - a full, 28 inch (approx.) strand of 600+ (approx.) extremely tiny, 1mm, raw brass heishi spacer beads with a small, 0.9mm (approx.) hole, handcrafted in Ethiopia, Africa.
These are tribal "specialty" beads - the type you would use in very detailed, unique, one-of-a-kind pieces...like yours!

Shipping & policies
I have upgraded to 1-3 day shipping with streamlined Domestic AND International rates, calculated at time of purchase.
I offer USPS First Class International Package Service, USPS First Class Package Service, and USPS Priority Mail 1-3 Days.
I now accept both Paypal and credit card payment.
Returns & exchanges

1.) CANCELLING PRE-SHIPPED ORDERS: contact me right away to request a cancellation (I ship super-fast so you will want to catch me before I'm out the door...) - if I have already packed your order, an 8% restocking fee will apply and be removed from your refund.
2.) LOST PACKAGES REFUND:
Full refund (including original shipping) after the required insurance filing wait has been met: 21 days Domestic, 45 days International, and 60 days Italy, from the shipment date.
Your lost order is NONREFUNDABLE 90 days from shipment date (insurance claims can be filed no later than 90 days from the shipment date).
IF the lost/late package eventually does arrive, please do NOT open, mark "Return to Sender" on the outside of the package and give it to your local postal service.
They will ship it back to me, at no cost to you.
NOTE: Sadly, USPS does NOT offer a formal/written inquiry process for late/lost packages shipped FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL, which is the shipping method that I use, due to it's cost-effectiveness.
This means that I will be unable to assist your postal service in locating your package once it departs the U.S.
3.) BASIC (not what you wanted) REFUND: Full refund for returned items, not including shipping, or handling fee. (No exchanges, refunds only.)
Please return item promptly, in its original condition (ie. still on the string, accurate amount in the pack, etc.), and re-secured in its original packaging, to receive a full refund.
NOTE: Per 2014 EU Directive on Consumer Rights, International customers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
4.) SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS (with incorrect address listed on Etsy):
Your purchase is non-refundable.

5.) ITEM IS DAMAGED OR MISSING FROM YOUR ORDER:
Please contact me ASAP, and provide photo of the damaged item.
IF ITEM IS IN STOCK, I will ship you a replacement.
If item is not available, you will receive a full refund for damaged or missing item, (including shipping if it was the only item purchased in the transaction).
6.) SPECIAL ORDERS:
Although I will work with you regarding any concerns, MOST Special Orders are non-
refundable, due to their customized nature.
I do not offer HOLDS, RESERVES, or RAIN CHECKS, or COMBINE ORDERS, due to personal time constraints, limited product availability, and high payment processing fees.
I can create SPECIAL (bulk) orders for you with prior notice and preparation.
Special orders are (usually) non-refundable due to their customized nature, yet there are exceptions to this. Contact me with questions.
Please contact me via convo, NOT email. I may not see your request and/or concern in my mailbox.
If you need me to alter your Etsy address, please contact me ASAP - I ship quickly - often same-day - if your order ships before you contact me, it will go to the address you have listed on Etsy.
I do not provide refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
If you want a paper receipt, please let me know in the comment section of your order - in an effort to save resources, I may not include a paper receipt with your order, unless you request it. A printable version is always available via email and in your Etsy account.
Purchase totals are as listed on shipping labels, and cannot be adjusted by me.
