I usually ship within 24 hours on weekdays. I use our USPS. I've had great success with it!

There is no way to track International, there is a risk involved. You must agree to accept this risk. The Good News is the Packages have always arrived.
I try to charge as close to actual postage+ supplies.
I Love Paypal and that is my Preferred method. But if you would like to mail me a money order,that's ok. I'll wait til it clears then ship it, Happily on it's way!!
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact me immediately if there is a Problem! RETURNS WILL RECEIVE SHOP CREDIT>>>> The Yarn must be returned in the same condition as sent.
