I saw an old picture of a little girl in a dress much like this and thought it would make super sweet little dresses for the 'girls'. How about this for a different idea? Front or back...your choice. I made this up and thought...hmmm...I wonder what it would look like if I put it on backwards. It looked really cute and I thought, "why not?" So, with a minimum of tweaking, this little dress can be made up either way, hence the name, Comin' or Goin'. You will find other options too. Three sleeves, three collars and the contrasting yoke option. NOTE: On the striped sleeve, I turned it up a little and formed a cuff. You choose.
Dress has inset corners. You may top stitch if that's not your cup of tea. I would encourage practicing and becoming proficient at inset corners. Not hard, just fussy.
