Deliveries are made by Royal Mail on the same or following working day the order is received. Orders are always packaged well. If you would like something sent recorded or special delivery, we can arrange this for you. All import duties on the destination country must be covered by the buyer. True values will be stated on all VAT declaration forms.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you receive the item in a poor condition you should refuse delivery of the item. We can only refund items that are not as advertised. If you have the item and it is damaged, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible. We will assess each claim individually and strive to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
